- Beginning it took no more than 10 minutes to place the order and receive the invoice to confirm. The order was reviewed to assure it was correct.

I contacted her about hosting an outdoor holiday party at my house and I must say I was thoroughly impressed by how responsive she was, along with the impeccable experience she provided me and my guests.

A few things:

1) She always responds in a timely manner (2 hr response time). Keep in mind she has a family + full time job and yet is running this business at full capacity. Mad respect! From adding multiple accessories to my original quote to last min changes, Elizabeth and her team met the moment.

2) Upon arrival to my home the day before the party, we quickly realized that the original tent width was too large for my backyard. Thus, Elizabeth and her trusted canopy team used the top part of my retaining wall to tent one side of my tent, then using the rest of my backyard to tent the other side. The result was Magnificent! The party turned out to be a hit(especially with the Santa Claus figure + bar that she provided.
